Focus on healing the body and regulating the nervous system by offering a safe space to reflect on one’s body, learn to calm the sensations and learn to sit with comfort and discomfort in poses that take time. No prior yoga experience is needed to participate.

This class is limited to long-term practitioners who practice daily. This is by instructor invitation only.
